CAPTAIN | CRAIG COKER | NEW ZEALAND
WORK EXPERIENCE: Craig is from Milford Sound, a small fishing port and tourist destination in New Zealand’s southern fiords. Having a father who is a Captain, commercial diver and fisherman gave Craig an early start on the sea. He gained his first inshore Captain's license at age 18 and skippered one of his father’s tuna and lobster boats through his younger years. Since then he has built a solid international maritime career. He has served time as Master and Engineer on bluewater tuna long liners in the Pacific Islands, cruise vessels, fast ferries and dive boats in New Zealand and Australia and spent the last 12 years as captain on luxury motor yachts cruising international waters.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Growing up in Port Elizabeth, only a stone’s throw from the waves, the ocean has always played a pivotal part in Ralph's life. After 4 years at college, he decided to enter the world of yachting. Immediately taking to the high-paced lifestyle, Ralph progressed through the ranks, cruising extensively and gaining hard-earned experience and skill. Ralph is also an excellent photographer and has captured many great shots of the yachts on which he has worked.

CHIEF ENGINEER | WILLIAM "BILLY" PANTER| AUSTRALIAN
WORK EXPERIENCE: William is from Surfers Paradise, Australia. Surfing, surf lifesaving, sailing and boating all played a major part in his upbringing. Billy started his maritime career as an outboard mechanic in Australia, before moving to California to join the yachting industry in 2007. His mechanical aptitude, engineering knowledge and energetic personality insure all REBEL's equipment, systems, tenders and toys are running smoothly. He is always available for a chat or a tour of the engine room and strives to give guests 6-star service.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Chef Patrick brings over 35 years of extensive experience, ranging from high volume to award-winning five-star establishments. He has mesmerized many discerning clientele with his elegant presentations.Patrick has had a formal education at the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated with high honors. He swears by the freshest ingredients, precision planning, astute attention to detail, and a strict discipline- with a twist of fun.
Patrick is incredibly well-rounded, having held a Personal Training and Sports Nutritionist Certificate since 2000 and will happily design a tailored menu to complement your lifestyle. He also has in-depth knowledge of food and wine pairing.
Patrick has experience with a very wide range of cuisines: Mediterranean, Central and South American, various styles of Asian and North American, Thai, Vietnamese, Caribbean, Creole, etc. He also caters to restrictive diets such as kosher, gluten free, diabetic, and raw.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Brittny is from the rainy town of Portland, Oregon. Brittny grew up along the beach and on the water. Her youthful years were spent horseback riding and anything involving the great outdoors. Brittny went on to receive her degree in cosmetology and spent several years living in sunny south Florida. Brittny decided that the world was too big not to explore and had an amazing opportunity to work aboard mega yachts in 2010 and has never looked back. Brittny has worked on vessels ranging from 40 - 64 m. Her warm and welcoming personality, attention to detail and amazing hospitality skills will leave you impressed with the service onboard REBEL.

STEWARDESS | JESSICA TYLER | SOUTH AFRICAN
WORK EXPERIENCE: On completion of high school, Jessica and her family moved to a vineyard in Franschhoek, Western Cape, South Africa. She travelled extensively with family whilst growing up and upon graduation from university, Jessica left home for the snowy Alps of Switzerland. For the next three years lived in South Korea, Thailand, and travelled throughout Southeast Asia.

BOSUN | MATTHEW CAUTY | FIJIAN
WORK EXPERIENCE: Coming from the Fiji islands, Matthew grew up with the ocean on his doorstep. Boating, fishing, diving and surfing were everyday activities. Matt started his maritime career as a Helmsman on commercial cable laying ships, laying and repairing fiber optic data cables across the Pacific Ocean and South East Asia. He joined the yachting industry in 2007 and has worked on several high profile motor yachts.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Before yachting, Mitchell worked for a short while as a carpenter manufacturing furniture from salvaged fishing trawler wrecks. Mitchell is a competent sailor and fisherman with a passion for travel and a lust for adventure. For a young man he has racked up an impressive travel list and has no plans of stopping any time soon. He adopts the motto:“Don’t count the days, make the days count.”
